There have been a number of positive changes made to the ChemicalInfo family over the last year, from our onsite Research team to developing closer relationships with our subscribers. It is our pleasure to formally announce a greater step forward with the launch of a series of major product enhancements. We have been collecting feedback and listening to our customers, and ChemicalInfo has partnered with a nationally recognized development and systems integration firm to bring significant enhancements to our subscribers in 2014! “This is not a standard ‘update’”, said Ernie Cote, our CEO. “Our Board of Directors has approved a sizable investment in a complete upgrade of our database and client portal. In addition to improved data, the User Interface (UI) will be enhanced based on feedback from our subscribers. We’ve secured an outstanding systems integration and UI firm to work with our internal team, led by our Product Analyst, Kelli Caperton. We are excited about upgrading our services for you and welcome your feedback at any time!” The product enhancements will improve current data and reflect more robust data seen within our existing products. Expect to see more MSDS documentation and a wider range of contact information. Have you had a great experience doing business with a manufacturer and want to acknowledge them? You will be able to review other users through our rating and recommendations system, one of the many product enhancements coming to the DWCP! A more intuitive, advanced search capability will also be included, and the subscriber portal will acquire a face lift as well. Stay tuned for future updates on the product enhancements. ChemicalInfo is striving to remain the premiere marketplace for buyers and sellers of chemicals!
